Monica has been working as a recruiter since 1996. She joined Coleman|Nourian in 2002. Prior to joining the recruiting profession, Monica spent over thirteen years working as a legal secretary and legal assistant with several Philadelphia law firms. She earned her paralegal certificate from the Philadelphia Institute and is a member of the Philadelphia Association of Paralegals, and the Delaware and New Jersey Paralegal Associations. Outside of work, she is involved with a number of civic and volunteer organizations, including pursuing her personal interest in homeless animals by supporting of a number of local animals rescues. She is also an avid equestrienne and donated one of her horses to a therapeutic riding program and another to the Valley Forge Military Academy.
