Central Jersey Corporation seeks a full-time Contract Attorney for a long-term assignment. Ideal candidate is a licensed attorney with 5-10 years of strong commercial contracts experience. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, analyzing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts (purchase, supply, license, pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, packaging and financing agreements). Additional duties include advising management and advising business group with compliance, marketing and customer/vendor relations. Hourly rate based on experience. Professional work environment!
